This workshop is for women who:
*feel they have lost themselves in societal expectations, family pressures and/or personal trauma
*feel unseen, unheard, undesired, and unloved in their primary relationship
*feel inner turmoil and conflict
*struggle to set healthy boundaries
*ready to connect with their Inner Divine Goddess!
In this transformative container, you will:
-explore embodied practices in a sacred circle of support
-release conditioning and remember who you truly are
-learn tools to release masculine patterns of over-doing, over-giving and shift into feminine flow and ease
-cultivate deep self-trust and radical self-acceptance
-meet and develop a connection with your Divine Feminine Goddess
This is an experiential workshop. Bring yoga mat and pillow, journal and pen, and a water bottle.
When: March 8, 2025 : 10am - 5pm
Where: Lighten Up Therapy and Wellness 4931-50ave Vermilion.
Lunch is not provided, however going out as a group is recommended.
